Hello everyone,

I just want to get some opinions on good investment areas depending on the type of investment you do.

Where are the good areas to do fix and flip?

Areas that are good for short term rentals?

Areas that are good for long term rentals?

I'm pretty much open to anything as this will be the 3rd property I've bought so far. Look forward to hearing everyone's feedback.

Hello,

I currently live in Northern California and I'm looking to invest in turn key properties outside of California. I'd love to know what markets are great for cash flow income. If you have any real estate brokers or turn key property groups in certain areas who I could contact, that would be of great help. Please let me know as I'm looking to buy as soon as possible.

@Cameron Tope Thanks for the great advice. I will look into crowdfunding. I've never really looked into it. Thanks for the info.

Hello,

I've been reading and looking at investing in real estate for the past year or so. I currently own my home and I live in San Jose, Ca and have a very great job. I don't think I want to invest in real estate full time, but more of as extra income for my family and I. I know there are a ton of ways to invest in real estate. You can fix and flip or BRRRR or just find great cash flow rentals. I wanted to get some feedback on what you would recommend me doing for my situation and if it's better to invest outside of my state (since it is really expensive). Also if you live in California and can be a mentor to me, I'd take that opportunity in a heartbeat.

Hello,

I wanted to get some advice on areas to invest in California. It's hard to invest in property in California, due to how expensive it is. I bought my first house 6 months ago and I'm trying to invest the remaining money I have saved into another property. I'm open to any advice and contacts anyone has.

@Sara Martin Thank you Sara :)

1. I do live in the home by myself, the funny thing is that I was actually thinking of renting the other 2 rooms out and it would pay for the mortgage and some!

2. I definitely wouldn't want to spend the whole 80,000 on one home, I would like to try and get a few with that amount.

3. I agree! I think I'm more willing to keep my day job because I love it, but use this as a second job to build wealth. I appreciate the time and examples you have provided.

@Oleg Shalumov Thanks for responding! I am looking to stay in my dads home, as the mortgage is only 1200 dollars a month, which is extremely low for the bay area. Can I message you for more information on multifamily units? Thank you for your time.

@Mike Taravella Hi Mike, thank you for the information. I will be reaching out soon to ask you more about Syndications. Thanks for your time.

@Ian Ippolito Thank you for the information Ian. I think I have to educate myself a little more and see what I need to do.

@Ashton Levarek Thank you for taking the time and explaining everything to me! It's much appreciated. I have a very good job at Apple, me wanting to invest in real estate will be more of a second job than anything. I don't plan on replacing my job, but just want to build wealth to live extremely comfortable. I will definitely be looking into the books you recommend and again thank you for taking the time to educate me a little.
