I've been getting different information on this subject. My goal is to have 10+ units, but is it better to have 1 loan on a 10 unit building vs 10 loans on 10 single family residences? 

Welcome teammate! First things first, set up your keywords. That way you are alerted when someone is talking about a subject you are interested in. Mine are: Owner financing, atlanta, chattanooga, and rental income. You can choose any word you like.

Thanks @Jonathan Yungel starting out I would like to use leverage. Ideally I would like to use the cash for flips and leverage/loans with rentals because of the rate of return is slower. 3-4 years to recoup my cash vs. cash flow every month and paying down the loan. Just my thoughts from reading etc... Im here to learn so I will take that into consideration. I wish I would have known about this website I would have been here. Very helpful. 

I am a licensed realtor in the Atlanta area. Looking to invest in my first rental unit. I know how to find a deal but my challenge is finding funding for a deal for a rental. If I was flipping I would use hard money but it doesn't make sense to do it that way with rentals. Anyone has any suggestions on how to get started to gain some momentum?
