@Suvarna Joshi @Amra Mujakic I have completed material on real estate express and scheduled my final exam with proctor next week. Great material, and website is super easy to utilize. Instructor is available to answer your questions whenever needed. I loved the quizzes within chapters very much. Good Luck y'all

Hi,

Happy 4th of July!

I am looking for a school recommendation to pick in order to obtain a real estate agent license. In person in Houston, or online..

Thank you!

Hi,

I am shopping for home insurance and was wondering whether I really need tenant occupied home insurance. It usually comes at higher cost than standard home insurance. Appreciate if you guys help me understand the cons and pros of having and not having tenant occupied insurance.

Thanks

Rashad

Absolutely make sense. I will communicate to the tenants that I will not be removing his partner from the lease. Thanks @Kyle J.

Thanks for your feedback @JD Martin. I don't see a benefit on my end either, and I am not sure if they will be willing to leave all together in the middle of school year etc. They have kids.

Hi,

I was notified this morning by my tenant that his partner/ girlfriend is no longer living with him and wants to be removed from the lease. I haven't faced with such an issue in the past so would appreciate y' all recommendations.

Just to give you an idea, these were not the best tenants I had. Current lease expires in July.

Thanks

Rashad

I would recommend the Trey Bunde who I have been working for 9 years. Very knowledgeable and most importantly patient. Trey Bunde - profile on HAR http://www.har.com/trey-bunde/agent_TREYIII

Thanks for getting back to me. It would be helpful to meet a group of people to talk about market, bounce few ideas around etc
