@Anne Twerberg we typically recommend https://www.rentrecoveryservice.com/ as they have a flat fee option to report the delinquent rent to the credit bureaus along with the normal contingency option.

another vote for erentpayment. Their site isn't full service for all things landlord (yet) but payment processing and customer service top notch. $3/month, which I factor into the rent, for automated ACH withdrawals that they can't modify amount or date. Rent payments done like utility payments, the way it should be.

Thank you Mark!  Please send me a message or let me know if I can message you to see what other features you are looking for.  We have a planned release later this week that I can share some information on and see if we already offer the features you are looking for.  Thanks!

Hi @Mehdi Khachani we actually process HOA payments as well as rent payments so that is an option.

We don't have a plug-in at this time though, however we will consider that.  Thank you for the suggestion!

@Amy A. she could have been using a different SSN or maybe she was using a name that doesn't match her prior credit file as I have seen that cause issues with some credit reports.  I would contact the company you ran the report through and have them investigate to confirm if it was an issue with the name she entered or some other factor.

@Chinmay J. I just responded to your message, thank you!

@Chinmay J. I will send you a message as we have some options for you to submit payments to them.

@John Cicilioni the issue with PayNearMe is I believe they require at least a 100 payments per month, or at least they did the last time we spoke with them.

Would your tenants be willing to use a prepaid card, like NetSpend, as you could set up ACH/eCheck drafts using that card?

@Krista Dodson check if you can set it so they can apply for free but only pay the fee if you run the background check on them.  $25-40 is typical, however some landlords will offer to take the amount off the first rent payment if the person is accepted.

Hi @Jeremy VanDelinder we have two pricing options as there are no set-up or membership fees.  You can either choose the per-transaction fee or monthly pricing depending on the number of transactions you process.  Please let me know if you have any other questions as I can direct message you with more details.  Thank you!
