Property Management Question for rent collection.
I will soon be managing two properties that are not my own - one for a friend and another for a relative of mine. I already have enough network and experience managing properties of my own, so the actual management shouldn't be a problem.
I need a good software for collecting rents that allows me to take out my PM fees (percentage of the base rent) and deposit the rest in the landlord's account.
Currently, I use erentpayment for my own personal properties and I could not find a way it would allow me to do that. Any advice or recommendations are appreciated.
