Great response, I'm also looking to do something similar in Florida where I live, except the property I'm looking at is a small duplex with room to build another duplex, considering a shipping container home since there's some popping up in the area and they generate a TON of interest!

@Jean Joseph I have a short list of some proposed redevelopment I'll share with you. I am focused on Riviera Beach specifically, around the Marina on 13th St and also along Silver Beach road. Would love to meet up with you to discuss strategies!

I think you're on to something, I have not marketed specifically to real estate investors but I have been helping create basic websites/marketing plans for small businesses in my area. I create 3D virtual tours for real estate listings, and it's been a good networking tool trying to find good properties just coming onto the market. I've found the best way to find customers is just put your services out there, especially on apps like Nextdoor, Facebook, and other local marketplaces. Sometimes I'll even go into the small business and just straight up offer my basic service for free, with paid add on options.

@Austin Palacios great answers, I agree with that assessment! I am boots on the ground in West Palm, Riviera, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, etc, let me know if you need to see any units that catch your interest, I do 3D/360 remote walkthroughs for out of state investors!

@Chad Pantel what market are you in? I'm in West Palm Beach, Florida and know of a few properties I could show you. Look up Mesocore, they have done a couple properties around here, I can also send you a link to the virtual tour I created.

I am currently developing proposals to develop land in Riviera Beach, FL, 33404. Looking to partner with the local community redevelopment agency as well as private developers, I am scouting out good spots to focus on. I drive these routes multiple times per week and document the trends and opportunities, is anyone else looking in this area? I grew up here and would like to see some changes!
