@Nick Finney awesome, thanks for the support. Jay will be fun for sure. I'm open for a coffee visit. Our office is large and we don't have many people here during the day so we can meet here if you'd like.

@Crystal Cea thanks for starting the thread....happy to grab a coffee with you as well if you would like.

Happy investing ya'll!

@Crystal Cea they're essentially the same strategy. A multi family gives a few more options though. 1) You'll get income lowering your expenses while doing the hack part and 2) there's a higher likelihood it would cash flow better on the back end so you could potentially avoid selling in order to purchase the next property.

A downside is it'll probably require more $ for the renovation part than a SFR.

@Jay Hinrichs thanks for the shout out! We changed our name though from RareBird Investor Network....to Investor Lab.

@Kevin Hofstee we've been doing two FB live events each week. They're a mix of me doing market update stuff, me interviewing other investors or professionals or a guest seminar. We'll continue these as we get past corona. We're also launching our online platform soon, where we will be doing interactive zoom meetings on specific real estate strategies.

You can see the live FB stuff on our FB page - Investor Lab. All of the past videos are on there. They go live Tuesdays at noon and Thursdays at 9:00. Thursday will be a great seller financing fire side chat and will have great value for today's market.
