Hi @Ahshar Sylvestre

How many people are on your list?

What information would you need skip tracing for?

@Ross V.

Hey Ross,

If your trying to boost traffic to your website why jump through all those hoops?

Wouldn't it be easier to target these people using online ads like facebook or google ? You can either choose the crowds you want their or upload the lists you scraped.

From what I know offline to online campaigns are very tricky and your better off sticking to offline to offline  (direct mail --> phone call) or online to online ( online ads --> website traffic) .

Good luck :)

@Victor Vazquez

Hi Victor,

Have you considered emailing as well?

I know its less popular but I think its worth a try + its practically free to email or cold call for that matter.

If you find effectiveness is similar you can save thousands of dollars a month.

@Cody Hahn

I would also recommend to keep in mind other marketing methods like email or cold calling. You could easily get emails or phone numbers for your lists as well and try these methods too.

The advantage is costs are much lower so you can run some tests and see what works best for you.

I think direct mail is very effective but in my opinion marketing is all about A/B testing different strategies and constantly optimizing.

Good luck!

@Jarrell Holmes

Hey Jarrell.

When it comes to marketing I strongly believe in trial & error. A/B testing is key to optimizing in my opinion.

You can try different marketing strategies like getting emails and sending your letters digitally or getting phone numbers and giving the homeowners a call. Both of these strategies are relatively low cost.

@Solomon Oh

I wonder if you have considered an email drip campaign or cold calling and compared it to the direct mailing tactic.

I never sent direct mail but I have seen some statistics here on BP and seems to me its possible that emailing or cold calling might get better conversion rates and operating costs are a fraction of direct mail.

Hi BP!

I am a RE agent and investor interested in learning about the US market, specifically the use of data, technology and marketing.

I have been working in digital marketing for real-estate for the last 5 years and today specialize in data and work in a data company.

I hope to learn a lot and contribute when I can.

Thanks:)

@Roberto Caprio

I love the boldness of the idea! no doubt it will be interesting and I would love to hear how it turned out.

Also interesting to reverse the idea and say the price will go up every week, both create urgency.

@Charles Coaston

Hi,

I am far from being an expert in this field, But as part of my research I have talked to several investors who hire SDR's or even outsource a call center in the Philippines.
