For couch and sleeper sofas,I go to  Ogle furniture.  For a picnic table, I buy it from a guy who makes it at home.  For rocking chairs , I have again went with ogle furniture. But there are many options. for barstools and dining chairs, I bought from biglots.

For convenience, all in one shop, yes Smokey furniture. But they are not the cheapest. For bunk beds, there are a couple of stores on the wears valley road. 

Just curious, did pricing tools like pricelabs, slash the booking  price  any time this year?  Is price a factor in this Higher number of bad guest behaviors that we seem to notice 

I attended a paid course for realestate investing and it gave me great information. I ended up trying for a few months and never really bought my first investment. But later learned about STR from BP and jumped in to buy first STR. After 9 months of experience, I can say that course helped in basic knowledge. But I really learned about STR after buying the first STR. Lot more to learn. Now I am in the process of buying the 4th property.

All I say is, nothing taught me better than actually doing it. In my opinion, the key to success is not really a question of attending a course or not . But rather a commitment to continuous learning in whatever form available. And I have learned a lot from some of the contributors from this thread.

I have a cabin in Sevierville TN. Even after treating the cabin for pests, I see a few lady bugs. What is the best way to remove them from the cabin. Also how do they enter the cabin?
