I am planning to buy a 5/4 single family home in Greenville SC and rent by the room. Is there anyone who is successful in renting by the rooms in Greenville SC or near by areas? I am interested in knowing if this strategy would work in this market

Costco don’t have a hottub at the moment . Sam’s club have one with a delivery date of feb 2021

Looks like there is a crack on the inside surface of the hottub and water is gushing out and any fix I could do is probably temporary. I will attempt to get it repaired while waiting for a new one

My hottub in my cabin broke today and I need to buy a new hottub for my cabin in pigeon forge.

Any recommendations on what model/ brand to buy and what store to buy it from would be greatly appreciated .
