I am living in San Jose, CA. I am looking at SFP property near Cleveland OH and  am working with a turn key house. 

How can I find a good inspector there to look at the property for me?

Where can I look up inspector at any location?

Any advice?

HI, 

I am new and want to analyze some multi-units properties. 

i noticed all the agent list is the following:

Sale Price: $1,100,000

3,931 SF | $280/SF

number of units and bed rooms and bath rooms.

Do I have to call them up to ask for all rental incomes and expenses?

If so, what kinds of questions should I ask to ensure I would not miss all the items?

Any advice will be appreciated.
