HI Todd,

Are you the owner or are you the listing agent?

Do you have an OM on the property that you can over?

What is the address on the property? Is this one property or 2 separate properties since you mentioned 1965 and 1963?

Did you manage this property yourself? How come I did not see any print out format a PM tool?

Thank you.

Randy

 HI Carlos,

Thanks for your reply. Do you mind sharing the company you apply for?

Thanks.

The reason that Fundia asks for you to set up a profile with www.CreditCheckTotal.com is because it will not have a negative affect on your credit, most lenders and brokers immediately hard pull your credit which has a negative effect, we want to help you maximize your opportunity to secure funding which is why we don't hard pull.  Your personal info is secure at CreditCheckTotal since they are owned by the largest and most powerful credit bureau, Experian.  Hope that helps.

Any one hear of "fundiacapital" or use them at all? They called me up and and said they provide Unsecured Line of Credit. But I have to get my credit report  from this web site  creditchecktotal.com.

Any advise?

Thank you.

Randy

HI Charlie,

Thanks of for your reply. Do you provide funding? If so, what is your typical rate of interest and fee?

Thanks.
