Hey Murali, we use a professional Servicing Company to manage our notes. This takes the burden off of us. Once we board the note with our professional servicers we simply manage the servicing company instead of each individual note. It cost a little more, but well worth it. By managing one servicing company or possibly a couple it frees us up to run a business and not worry about individual notes on a daily basis. If something begins to go south on an individual note, we can step in if need be.

We have also implemented at the suggested of others 'Pipedrive' which helps us organize our individual assets to quickly see what stage they're in. It also has email capabilities and allows us to manage our contacts, team related to each asset.

Great discussion. I think it depends on each person as what works best. I started with a solo401k, but for me felt more comfortable with someone else, a stop gap as Linda indicated so I have moved my funds over to Quest. Granted I don't have as much control, but I'm okay with that.

Hey Richard welcome to the note buying community. Personally I have never heard of them. I have only been in this space for about a year. If you haven't been able to find a conversation on Bigger Pockets about them, I would be careful and do some extra due diligence. Most of the well know people in the note business are on Bigger Pockets. I have been helped the most with 'We Close Notes' with Scott Carson. He has a variety of training programs you can take. Check them out. If you would like more information feel free to private message me and we can dialogue.

Kin I would agree with Scott. I opened up a solo401k initially with the check book etc. But my custodian did not understand real estate and what my goals were. Since then I have closed the Solo401k with checkbook control and opened up an account with Quest. Before going with Quest I had talked with at least 3 other companies. Quest by far has exceeded my expectations and they understand real estate investors because they are investors. Quest is always having promotions, and their training (via FB live, on their web page, plus live training events across the country) I don't think is matched by anyone else.

Hey Scott. I just completed setting up my LLC in Dallas and used Joe Davisson. He was very helpful and understands investing. He also connected me to a CPA who is an investor himself. I was very pleased with Joe who is with Smith & Collins. Joe's office is in Dallas. PM me and I will give you his number if you can't find by looking up Smith & Collins.

Hey Sean I have been speaking with CrestCore folks for a couple of months now. I just spent all day yesterday in Memphis looking at properties getting a feel for zips etc. as I'm from Dallas. As mentioned above Crestcore is an alternative which fits with what I'm trying to do. As mentioned already relationships are important and I have met 4 or 5 of the staff at Crest core and have been working with Jimmy Kennedy. I feel very good about what they're doing and how they have helped me evaluate the areas.

This is a great discussion since I'm just now entering the scene and considering how to generate leads. Has anyone heard of 'Realeflow' and their web design and contact tracking system?

I'm looking into this as well. Has anyone used Realeflow (realeflow.com)?

Is anyone familiar with Realeflow (realeflow.com)? They have web pages, contact system for investors, etc. It looks good to me and the price seems reasonable. Just wondering if anyone else uses there platforms.
