Is there a group on this niche?  I would like to join others interested in this technique.

We would like to attend.  Sounds fun!

I’m interested.  I work in Livermore and live in Tracy.  Do you have an idea if your planning for workday or weekend meet up.

BiggerPockets is the #1 place to be if your interested in multiple areas of Real Estate.

Mr Blackwell

How is the affordability of rental property around the UOP campus?   Could a three to four bedroom house in this area work well if you rent out the rooms to students?

Thanks

Being so new to this.  When we sold our condo and moved to a more affordable area.  Our realtor Pat Cote always kept the ball rolling kept on top of everything.   We couldn't of been happier.

inspiring -  due to health and the down side economy.  For me it's like starting over.

No complaints here.

I lived in SF Bay Area. I just relocated at the first of this month to just outside the bay area where housing is affordable.

No I'm settled in and ready to proceed.

 Good luck Randy
