I’m really interested in medium term rentals. We were going to try student rentals. But with schools leaning towards more online classes. The market seems like it might get over saturated and there will be more rooms to rent than available students to rent them.

This was one of my fallback plans. But now I’m leaning towards this.

Dear Mr. McKinley

I apologize for not being able to attend the Master Mind group yesterday.

Unfortunately I have some health issues and was too sick to attend. I’m at high risk and had to take early retirement this month, taking the advice of my doctor due to covid 19.

This is not the first impression I wanted to make to you and the group.

Now being retired. I’m looking forward to starting this new chapter in my life and would love to join this group of motivated like minded people.

I hope you will be understanding with my absence.

Unfortunately, I was too sick to attend. I have health issues. Taking my doctors advice. I have just retired early, due to being at high risk of contacting covid 19.

I’m 63 - This is my first month of retirement. Due to the virus. I’m a person at high risk. Now cancer free.

Going to sell our home. Then we’re buying a multi family to house hack with. We’re just getting the ball rolling. This will be our first rental property.

I’m not waiting for the market to adjust.

Anyway. Who wants to just sit around and watch tv all day?
