GM, BP family as a newbie, when touring a potential home for purchase, would you are should you have a contractor with you to help point out things that you could miss. And do you run your numbers after viewing the property or do you do them before to have an idea what to aspect.

I'm a newbie practicing with the rental calculators, but I find that I come across with a lot of negatives, but I analyze one property with no negatives, but it seems to have good potential, if I'm reading the graph correctly. So how to discuss and share on bigger pockets and pursue.

But I would like to say that I'm happy to have found Bigger Pockets, and the webinars hosted by Brandon Turner, and I'm glad to be a pro member right now I'm a newbie, but I have been studying a while in real estate. My wife and I are interested in multifamily properties, so that's our focus at this moment.
