Potential property to pursue
I'm a newbie practicing with the rental calculators, but I find that I come across with a lot of negatives, but I analyze one property with no negatives, but it seems to have good potential, if I'm reading the graph correctly. So how to discuss and share on bigger pockets and pursue.
