Hello bigger pockets family, I'm in the state of Florida, and I'm wondering has anyone hear in Florida have heard that you may need a license to wholesale properties? If anyone have heard of that please inform me. I'm interested in doing wholesaling to build capital enough to be able to do flips & rehabbing.
