I'm still going through 8-15 good investment properties a month in the greater Austin area.

The price points are just higher here, people aren't used to paying what it costs to invest in Austin.

Does anybody have a reliable carpet guy in the Austin area that you have worked with and does good work.

This will be for a mid grade flip. Something nicer than just make ready.
