Howdy all, 

My name is Wade Funk (initials WTF - thanks mom & dad!) from Leander, TX (suburb of Austin).  I found BiggerPockets from a site showing the top 32 commercial real estate sites on the web...kudos BiggerPockets!

I'm here to learn, learn, and learn some more, both about commercial real estate (I'm an agent) and about investing (I'm small time but need/want to do way more).
