@Mike B. Our group focuses on large multifamily but we also found an opportunity during covid to launch a debt fund to invest in short term real estate loans. Multifamily is a great long-term investment (usually 5-7 years). The debt fund is a great balance because capital is not tied up long term and you can generate consistent monthly cash flow. If you’d like more specifics feel free to message me

@Hayden Wright the best way would be to get the property under contract if you are a serious buyer. Then bring the opportunity to your network and figure out a way to partner with others to get it closed.

@Andrew Carlson you could check buyer references. Any reputable buyer with a good reputation should take care of you for bringing a great deal if it closes

@Bill F. It’s pretty straight forward. Most syndicators use a third party online company to verify investor accreditation status. The LP investor goes through the website, supplies documents and gets verified or not.

@Petro B. It’s important to research the hotel average room size compared to multifamily comps in the area. Sometimes hotels have smaller square footage rooms which could impact your ability to convert seamlessly

@Bill F. I’m not sure what you are asking. Are you trying to vet an operator who has their broker certificate? Or are you trying to qualify to be accredited to invest In a deal as a passive LP?
