I bought a 9 bed 3 bath boarding house in SC and rehabbed . rented to a single tenant for 2700$ a month but this tenant is renting this to other people like rent by room. But as a home owner I have a single lease at 2700$ for this property. I am looking to do DSCR refi now but i have a hard time with appraisers saying it doesnt look like a SFR and wont do dscr. I need a work around for this problem. looking for lenders to refi this property at Spartanburg SC.

im looking for dscr cash out refi and i have multiple properties. I came across few lenders and their fee is almost 8k for a cash out of 150k, so I am looking for better lenders who offers with less closing cost (lender points, uw fee, broker fee, broker points and ect fee). I am looking to do 12 properties cash out refi's in the next 10 months.

so far 3 rooms filled, in progress. so far fb listing marketing working. 

looking for other options as well. its been 3 weeks and only 3 filled. i am thinking to put a sign board saying boarding house 150$ a week rental and etc.

please do advise any creative ways

I moved to USA 18 months ago from Canada. I am about to buy a house as first time home buyer in Charlotte NC. DCU said it usually they need 2 years of w2’s and their underwriting team will know if they approve or reject. So can anyone help here if mortgage can be approved easily for my case? What’s the best rates in the market please

Trying to buy first hole in Charlotte NC , to buy it as first time homebuyer and then rent it out . What’s good entry price according to current market conditions.
