I came across the lisiting for REO in Woodbridge , Central NJ. The list price is $129,900 it has been reduced which tells me may be we could offer significantly less then the list price.

Home is in a good neighbourhood and could sell for around $250K.

I dont know the amount of rehab required but was told by the agent its a total rehab.

3-6 months of rehab with holding costs and traditional mortgage on the home with 20-25%down will it be a good deal.

Any NJ,NY General Contractors/REI's would like to partner UP are very welcome, Looking for opinions and advise.

Got referred to this wonderful site couple of weeks back and hooked to it now, I wish I would have found out about it when I got started..

I Have heard atleast 5 podcasts by now and all have wealth of information with real world stuff.
