I purchased my first rental property in the Bond Hill / Norwood area this year. I'm looking to purchase another property (SFH or 2-4 unit) soon and would love to get a referral for any contractors who work in the area.

Hi all,

How is the 94605 area? I'm looking to house hack in this area and wanted to know more about crime / growth / tenants.

From my research, crime is higher than other parts of Oakland but doesn't seem TOO bad. Would love to connect with anyone who is more familiar. Thanks!

Been following BP for a while and finally ready to pull the trigger on my first investment property. I'm currently in the Bay Area near San Francisco.
