Hi all,

How is the 94605 area? I'm looking to house hack in this area and wanted to know more about crime / growth / tenants.

From my research, crime is higher than other parts of Oakland but doesn't seem TOO bad. Would love to connect with anyone who is more familiar. Thanks!
