New Investor - Looking out of state in Cincinnati

Hi Everyone,

Been following BP for a while and finally ready to pull the trigger on my first investment property. I'm currently in the Bay Area near San Francisco.

I'm looking at BRRRR properties in Cincinnati, OH and would love to connect with any investors who also work in that area.
