If you are at all interested in Wilmington, NC (on the coast) we are growing like mad!  Not as many jobs as Raleigh and Charlotte but a nice place to live.

You also need to consider the market --- Rent-O-Meter can help you find out what others in your area are charging

Hi Kyle -- I'd love to come out to your meetup!  Not be a pain, but just want to point out that the Satellite is in the South Front area near Greenfield Lake....   Also up and coming but maybe a bit behind North Fourth.   I love The Satellite!   I promise not to pitch, but I will talk up my town!
