@Sean M. I am coming up on about 20 new construction and flips. I have staged about 60% of them and probably 100% of my last 6 houses. Without a doubt the staging made the difference. Look up 1009 w 110th St. Chicago it's under contract now but after we sorted through 5 offers in the first weekend. It came out pretty nice, not great but the staging put us over the top. It does really help make the spaces come alive and gives you a inviting warm feeling. So even for a 200k resell home I would stage. Staging on this home was almost 4k but well worth it!! You can also look at 2952 Katelynn Cove Portage, Indiana that we completed and was also staged. Sold within a day. Two showings, two offers. Just proof in the pudding!!
