@Lina Bibikov we have done 4 in the past 2 years. Some in NWI and now in the N.W. suburbs of Chicago. This one was going to be a 1.3 million spec. But we ended up going under contract before we completed it. About 30 days away from completing. The price of lumber currently is making it really hard to want to build another spec at the moment. I'll see if I can post of the current build.

I used to on occasion attend REI meetings in the Chicagoland area. Due to my work and now having children at home I could not attend them anymore with my husband. Didn't go to alot of them but the few we attended were very good and had the opportunity to network with people locally. Are any of these going on virtually? You would think this would be even more in attendance since you can do it from your home. I would be interested if anyone out there has any info of any that are coming up or are scheduled for the Chicago area. Please let me know as I'm sure there are other people who would be intrested in attending. If not maybe someone can step up and set one up for the local Chicago market. Thoughts?

@Veronica Calvillo how are you? My husband and I have been flipping for 7 years now. We do both flips and new construction now. I have two little girls now that we didn't have when we started flipping. I don't have as much time anymore working full time, taking care of my girls, and designing the flips we are doing. But if you would like to network let me know. My husband is much more involved in the day to day operations of the business. Let me know more about you? What are your goals? How many flips have you done? We have about 22 houses completed. 5 new construction and about 17 flips. I'll wait to hear back from you. Take care!!
