@Carson Plant Yes check your local laws. Also keep a holistic approach to your rent increase. If you add value prior to increasing rents your tenants can easy justify the increase. If treat tenants well they will stay longer and give you less problems. Happy Investing!!

@Reed Udy with all things being equal, most tenants would choose one with a garage. I’m assuming this is a hold strategy so it will pay for itself over time. Not to mention resell wise would make it more desirable. Happy Investing!!
