@Abel Curiel So I was sent another extension. This will be the 6th extension to close on the 21st. Can I charge for everyday if we don’t close this time?

@Abel Curiel 2 weeks ago I was told that they were just finishing up 1 last repair and they’ll be able to close on the 9th. They said they’ll have all repair receipts on the 5th. Now no one is responding to the realtor or anyone on her team. She contacted the broker also, no response from anyone. I’m paying for 2 storages and I had to cancel the moving truck for a 2nd time after I already paid for it. I’m so upset.

Im so frustrated! I don’t know what to do! Should I just move on? My realtor said nobody is responding to her calls and emails! I’m supposed to close on the 9th.
