My closing date had been changed 5 times! Frustrated!

Im so frustrated! I don’t know what to do! Should I just move on? My realtor said nobody is responding to her calls and emails! I’m supposed to close on the 9th.

@Quinyana Mosley, thats unfortunate. Sorry to hear about that! 

If you have your receipts for storage and had to pay any cancellation fees for the moving truck, I'd have your realtor present that to the seller and have them issue some kind of credit at closing.

As for the delays, repairs typically take longer than initially expected. Not an excuse for them... just the way it is unfortunately. 

Not sure if PA is an attorney state but in NY, attorneys issue a "time of the essence" to give interested parties a deadline by which they have to close. This usually gets everyone to speed things up.
