I’m so stuck at the moment! I’m looking to purchase my 1st home. I found a home that I really like, met up with a realtor, she showed me the home. The home needs some work. My problem is, if I get a 203k loan or Fannie Mae Homestyle, I’ll lose out on the 1st time Homebuyer grant. Should I go for it or look for a move in ready home so I can get the grant money?
@Thomas DiMeo Thank You! I’m in South Jersey. 20 mins from Philadelphia.
@Sam Shueh Absolutely! If I feel like it’s not for me I’ll definitely back off and not waste my time. My plan is to start off small and we’ll see how it goes from there. Thank you!
@Scott Morongell Yes! Thank you! I’m on it! @Sam Grooms gave me some great advice!
@Wilfried Baah Lets do it! I’m down!
@Rob Gervais Thank You! I’m about to go check that out right now!
@Greg Gaudet Aloha!!! Lol thank you! Yes I know that so well! A few people I know have been to those type of seminars and they paid the money but went nowhere! I dont want to be like them. Thank you for that!
Thank you for your kind words @Gilbert Dominguez! I’m willing to learn, I’m very patient, I’m not trying to rush and I believe once I learn and finally be able to take that leap I’ll be good. I know I’ll have road blocks along the way, but trust me, I will fight to get over them! I have nothing but time, and I plan to use that time to get to the level I envision me being at. Thank you again sir!
@Matt Berklacy Yes! Very scary and I haven’t even met with anyone yet! Lol Thank you Matt:)
@Alli Ojutiku Yes I’m kind of following in the same way you are. Thank you
