Yes @Raed Khan, there are a lot of sites online that you can use to skiptrace homeowners. There’s whitepages.com, spokeo.com, BeenVerified.com, and my fav fastpeoplesearch.com. There are a lot more sites to like REIskip that you can put a whole list and get back phone numbers to cold call. Just keep in mind that sometimes you will get the wrong number or the phone is disconnected. But use BiggerPockets there are tons of blogs and post with more information than I can give you. Hello,

I’m a new investor in the NYC/tri-state area. I am starting out as a wholesaler then moving into buy and hold once I build more capital. I am  looking for an investor friendly lawyer to represent me at closings and look over contracts. Does anyone have any good references? Thank you in advance.
