I dont have a license. but I figured there was a legal way to collect a fee similar to wholesaling when it comes to notes. i read a post you commented in about 6 months old mentioning it depends on how hands off you are.

a judge usually determines what your child support is regardless of what realestate you make. its based of what your income is and other variables. as long as you did not marry her without a prenup your reserves kept in a business account should be safe. thats is always within reason tho you cant pay your self say $20000 a year but put $100000 a year in a business account and call it reserves unless you can prove that the funds are needed for the business exclusively. but in the end it is the judges decision what you will pay.

I have been having broker deals emailed to me for some time now. i haven't really done anything with them but recently I have a few new investors contact me about properties they are looking for and these broker deals fit perfectly for the funds they can acquire to purchase, the location and property criteria. what i was wondering with just being a wholesaler is there a way i can make a fee on linking the 2 together broker and my investor.
