I have been having broker deals emailed to me for some time now. i haven't really done anything with them but recently I have a few new investors contact me about properties they are looking for and these broker deals fit perfectly for the funds they can acquire to purchase, the location and property criteria. what i was wondering with just being a wholesaler is there a way i can make a fee on linking the 2 together broker and my investor.
