There are investment property gods and the hangout at the bigger pockets forum 😳🤓. Sorry, I'm a noobie to this world. Thank you for the detailed info. I will surely study this post over and over again X can I ask how many properties did you have prior to this mega purchase?

For hardware it will cost you $50- $100 plus the monthly charge of Internet. You could provide Internet in the cost of your tenants rent and kill 2 birds with one stone. Doing this will also allow you to install water sensors in the basement to detect flooding or leaky hot water tank. Or even wifi smoke detectors or exterior cameras on your property. Okay that last one is weird. My point is that it opens the door to other useful automation to help monitor your property. I have considered adding wifi on my property and charging the monthly bill to the tenants. They would get wifi and Internet phone for a fraction as it would be split between the all residents. Just my two cents.

5 in 5 yrs is my plan as well. Be interested to hear your next move after this purchase. I purchased my first in December 29th of last year and find my self in the saving mode as of right now. Is that typical anyone?
