@Pat McCandless I buy the properties with cash and have found a lender that works in my investing area for the rehab costs. I will be doing the same with the property I recently put under contract. Currently I am putting together a proposal for another property that would be mostly owner financed if I can swing it. Trying to find terms that will satisfy both parties.

My name is Kyle, I am 30 and currently reside in the West Hartford area of Connecticut. I am a relatively new buy,renovate,hold investor. I am finishing up my first building, and just went under contract for another 3 unit yesterday. I enjoy meeting and networking with like minded people.
