Hello everyone,

I was just wondering if anyone had a recommendation for an accountant, mine is retiring. Ideally somewhere in the metro DC area, but anywhere would be fine.

Thanks for any input, I know it's rather short notice.

@Oren Souli That is a very subjective question. It all depends on what works for you so I cant really answer it. There are some great places to invest in CT, the only place that I am looking at right now is West Hartford.

@Travis Oakes

- My first property was a 3 family in Waterbury, so was my second one. I waited about 2 years in-between properties because I needed to finish my 1st property as well as recharge funds. I have a single family as well now.

@Mason Scholtes

-My journey has been interesting, it has had its ups and downs (mostly ups). I still have my 3 properties in CT I am still passively keeping an eye out for deals in West Hartford. It is a little bit harder now that I have moved away, but I still like CT. If I were to do everything over I would avoid Waterbury even though the returns are amazing, and would have picked up more West Hartford properties.

I am 34. I have 2 triplex properties and 1 sfh. I rent out the triplexes as rooms, which works out nicely for cashflow . . . not as nicely for sanity. Looking at an 8 unit right now. Started with buying my first triplex super cheap in cash, which was a very run down property and required a full remodel. Sweat equity, and got it up and running. Hoping to keep picking up more as deals appear.

Hello ,

I am looking for a good lawyer that is fluent in this industry, specifically in CT. I have a few questions that I am hoping can be answered. If you have some knowledge of this area please send me a message, hopefully we will be a good fit.

Thanks, Kyle
