Hello all. By way of introduction, I am a new investor in the NYC Queens area. I stumbled upon BP a few months ago during my investment property search. My husband and I will be investing in a multifamily property in Queens and would love any tips/recommendations/suggestions from seasoned investors.

Hi Jonathan. Based on your previous postings, you seem knowledgeable with the NYC area...

To provide some further background, I am a new investor in the NYC (Queens) area and I wanted to see whether you could recommend a local insurance agency for a 6 family residential rental property. At the moment, I've been in contact with several agencies (Geico, Allstate, Metlife) but wanted to explore more options. Any tips/recommendations are appreciated.
