Hi all,

Could anybody recommend local agencies that provide landlord insurance in the NYC area? Any help/recommendations are appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I recommend Jason Hall at WH Roddy.  He's good at matching the right carrier based upon your specific type of housing to get the best rates.  Insurers usually have a core competence and Jason's great at matching that up to get the best coverage at the lowest amount.   Give him a call at 973-771-3028.  He covers all of the NYC area.
