@brandon turner

@bill Gulley

@jon holdman

@j Scott

So I put an offer on a bank owned property and was told there are multiple offers and to submit my best and final.  To note, this wasn't one of those hold offers for 10 days, it has been available for a while and is about to go to auction.  I have been told this on every bank owned purchase I have made an offer on and got the last one increasing my bid 5k.  My initial thought is to not bid against myself and stay where I am at, but if I increase my bid to what I would be willing to pay, I have no regrets either way.  Thoughts?

I don't think Sfh rentals is the way to retire in 5 years, but it has happened before.  Beyond all of the great advice you received numerous members here have discussed strategies to have the seller finance part of the downpayment

it depends on your goals, but I would use the money to purchase multiple properties.  I don't see any benefit of a partial payment and would only pay it off if I was already grown to the point I want to be at.

@Franklin Romine

You would lock up the property and then use information you already know about to renegotiate?

Don't know the market well enough to say, but looks like appreciation buy only.

I would probably advertise this elsewhere as people looking at VB will likely not be interested in doing things beyond the 7 cities.

Maybe the Miami section should just be reclassified as South Florida or Miami/Keys to increase the traffic.

Maybe this section should just be reclassified as South Florida to increase the traffic.  Plus people that always go to the recent forums will not know where to go w/ out a little more directions.

while I am excited to check this out- I already know this wont be near as valuable for Key West as it would have been for Virginia Beach.
