Hey everyone!  

I was working through my props from my recent driving for dollars and finished up a bit early.  As I often do I referenced back to an old article that I've read in the past to see if maybe I missed a bit of information that would help me grow.  It was the article posted here and driving for dollars by Chris Feltus.  He mentioned something that I was unaware of and wondered if someone can help.  He showed a screen shot of searching the CAD by what appeared to be subdivision name.  Is this something that can be done in all CAD's?  I need some help if possible because this could save me a lot of time.  Thanks in advance for any responses!!!

Hey everyone!

I've seen a few of these houses that are owned by the above and kept tracking them but didn't "work" them.  I ran across a new discovery today that I'd like input one.  One particular house was listed for sheriff auction....sold to the above entity for $78k than a year later sold to an individual for half that.  I'm sure there is a process behind all this but how did the individual buy the house?  Where are these houses listed for sale? It was clearly after the sheriff sale by about a year.

Hey thats good info.  Thank you!  So instead of saying $35 a sq for the entire house I should do a per sq number that is per room dependent on condition?

I could still really use some help on this.  I don't want to lose this deal.  I can't see this house needing more than $30k but I don't want to quote it as such without having a better feel.  Can any of you indiana or indianapolis give me a little help?  Could even send pics.  I'm thinking this house is more like $20sq ft at best.

Also could someone please refresh my memory?  If a house is listed as owned by the secretary of housing....is that something I can go after?

So I found this property but don't really know where to go from here.  Did a judgement records search and saw that the last entry was that the property was sold at sheriff's sale on 4/20 of this year.  According to the property card the mortgage company owns it with the owners address the same as the house.  Is this worth pursuing?  If so....how?  Contact the mortgage company???
