Old divorced seller wants $210 for 5 Duplexes near Lake Jackson, Texas. Targeting Refinery and Chemical plant workers.  Units need a bit of work but worth it. Near a school and a park. Will rent for $1000.00 a month each side. Would love to make a deal with a lender. I feel like I could offer generous terms. Come on Partner!
