Hey Mark, I would love to know how this turned out. Did you fire the contractor? If so, did you go after them legally? Either way I would love to see a followup post. Hopefully, one with a happy ending.

@Ryan Thomas I have a mix of Duplexes and SFRs right now. 

I need an insurance agent that can write property and life insurance polices in Missouri, Virginia, Florida, and California. If you know of some one that can handle this please put their contact information below. 

The property is located in North St. Louis City. 

Just closed on a property in the St Louis area and it needs some work. As I am out of state, wondering if any one has recommendations for good and honest General Contractors who would help rehab the property.
