Hey All!

I was sent to this site from a family friend. My father and I have been spending many hours mapping out our plan for real estate investing. He has his own "pro" account. We finally narrowed down our exact criteria for our first flip yesterday morning in our weekly meeting! 

I am impressed by how active and helpful so many members of this site are. It has been incredible to go from knowing pretty much nothing about real estate investing to feeling confident about jumping in headfirst. Most of that confidence comes from all of the time spent reading forum posts on this site and listening to the podcasts. We have also spent some time speaking with knowledgeable investors in our area. 

I am very excited to start this journey!
