Hi @Jonathan Beemer, Excited to hear that you are looking into moving to Jonesboro. My wife and I are investors in Jonesboro. It is growing fast thanks in large part to Arkansas State University. There are deals to be found, but you have to search. Most listings on MLS here are overpriced for investors, but I'm sure that's the case in most areas.
