I am a landlord and due to special circumstances need to move into the house we are renting to a tenant. Lease was recently extended. The way the original lease was setup allows the tenant to terminate the lease after the 1 year with 60 day notice. So tenant could terminate anytime during the lease extension period. However as a landlord I do not have any such language in the agreement. Any suggestions/recommendations?

Requesting experienced apartment rehab folks to share with me any proposal templates used to present to investors / banks to get approval. I am looking to get approval from lender/city for a 20 unit apartment

I have a portfolio of rental properties and have not really shopped around for a competitive quote. Currently with Allstate. Any recommendations from other landlords on your landlord policies shopping. Looking for recommendations on competitive insurance companies and agents.

Hi, I just purchased a 4 story apartment building that requires full rehab. It comes with an elevator. My partner and I have estimates for unit rehab but need some guidance from those who have experience with elevators. Would appreciate any experience feedback on cost to fully restore or replace the elevator.
