We are and am looking for landlords in the same situation to see how they are doing things. Let me know if you can connect me with one. Or perhaps, you might be one of them?

Thanks for dedicating some time to this post in advance. I am looking for landlords that self-manage their 100 doors or more residential rentals (SFH, duplex, triplex, quad, 10 units or less) to discover better ways to manage, automate, and better systematize the process. I would like to discuss whose in your team, different roles, processes, timing, how to handle repairs, etc. I am up for a zoom meeting, a call, whatever to share ideas. Thanks,

Manny

@Kelsey Mortimore there are good deals today, there were good ones yesterday, and there will be some more deals to come in the future. You can’t do anything about the past neither the future. That’s why today is called “present” Know what your criteria is, and if the numbers work out, INVEST!

I have not bought his coaching/training course, but when I started with real estate and bought some *************'s material Nate was involved in those education training. That was back in 2012 and I still use a lot of his tips for getting private money lenders and wholesaling techniques. He was very system/process/automation oriented, enthusiastic, and well experienced. Again, I do not know about his social media blueprint course, but from the past pieces of training where he was, I was able to learn a lot and get my money's worth. I am a big believer that in the end, people can provide a template, and is up to us to make it work.

I don’t know where my reply went but we’re set for Thursday 7-30-2020 at 5pm. I’ll look for my other message so we know what we will be doing that day.

Let's get it going, I am familiar with zoom and although I don't have the paid version that allows to host a meeting for longer than 40 minutes maybe someone else does. I can go ahead and set it up for a date and time for this or the coming week. And we can all introduce ourselves and come up with a good format for the meetup. Perhaps we can keep it to a 40 minute meeting so we can accomplish a goal and then have something clear for the next meeting. Let's throw out some possible times for this week or the next one and see what would work best for people, maybe reply with your answer and go from there:

1. Meet this week or next week?

1a: Tuesday (obviously next week) or Thursday (I find Mondays and Fridays hard for people to meet)

2. Meeting Time: 11-12, 12-1, 11:30-12:30, after 4, after 5, after 6

It's hard to arrange everyone's schedule so probably go whenever the majority can meet. We can record the meeting and send the link to everyone afterwards.

Let's do this guys

Manny

Today at noon there would be a mareia (landlord group in midland) that is going to meet virtually at noon. Here is the information for the meeting

Isaac welcome to Midland and to the investing in the Tri-cities. This is a great thread going on here for Midland RE investors. I am all in for starting a group in the city. Considering Covid and whether someone feels comfortable or not meeting in person, would it be a bad idea to start off digitally (zoom, whatever works) and go from there?
