Hi, 

I live in Bellevue, WA. I am lending money to a person to buy properties. I`ve gone through clauses but I want to get it reviewed by someone with knowledge around it.

Basically it states I am proving funds to purchase RE and share profit 50% each after expenses are deducted.

Hello Everyone, 

Pradeep here from Bellevue, WA. I work for a (the) software firm and I love my job but I want financial freedom and that is why I am here. I read 3-4 books (and lot of BP articles) and attend almost every webinar hosted by BP, in short I am doing my best to study RE.  

Jim Rohn says to be Successful study success and where else in the world I can find people who are successful in RE than BP. I am here to learn, apply and grow..

I am committed to assist some one who will help me to learn, teach me how you analyse deal and I`ll do it for you. 80-20 principle I`ll try to eliminate 80% bad deals so that you can focus on top 20% deals (and me :) ).

I want to thank you for enabling such a great platform for people like me and excited to learn for this awesome group.

I live very near to this place for sure ARV won't be 600k+

I am interested on this one but numbers should make sense and I don't see that seller is motivated. This property is in other website since last four months ..

Being a newbie I've question about this rule.

does it applies to all type of properties say new properties might not need that much money for maintenance. Or say a condo HOA might cover some cost ?

could you please share your views?
